ORDERS FROM ONLINE STORE SERVICE Orders are for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers/ registered members. Multiple orders deemed to be commercial quantities and will not be accepted unless otherwise negotiated prior to purchase. IMPORT DUTIES Please note, local import duties may be payable on receipt.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT GREENERWORKS.ORG AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF GREENERWORKS.ORG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. Any registered greenerworks.org membership/ account is effective until terminated. Your rights under this registered account/ membership will terminate automatically without notice from The greenerworks.org Web Site should you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon the termination of your registered membership/ account, you shall cease all use of The greenerworks.org Web Site and destroy all copies, full or partial, of any content and information obtained from The greenerworks.org Web Site.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED; GOVERNING LANGUAGE All rights reserved by greenerworks.org to any changes.
